The offer states Guest and reservation number; check-in/out, room type and quantity, adults/children and ages; board and included services; total price including taxes and currency; extras; payment plan and deadlines; offer validity; cancellation, change, no-show and early-departure terms. Request, payment and service
A web request is not a confirmed reservation; written Hotel confirmation is required. The offer selects advance plus balance at the Hotel, full bank transfer or payment at the Hotel. Approved payment on arrival requires no advance. Staff check transfers; a notice is not a receipt or confirmation. Online card payment is unavailable. Accommodation is provided at the Hotel on the specified dates; standard check-in 14:00, check-out 12:00. No goods are shipped.
Withdrawal, cancellation, complaints and documents
Accommodation for specified dates is excepted from the general 14-day withdrawal right; tariff cancellation/refund rights and rights for defective or unprovided services remain. Statutory remedies through consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts remain available. The Distance sales agreement and Service delivery and refunds are separately provided.
