This notice covers website visitors, members and Guests making direct reservation requests. Identity reporting, CCTV or staff processes at the property are covered by separate notices where applicable.

Data is collected through web forms, account/sign-in actions, private offer pages, email, phone and optional WhatsApp, by partly automated means or non-automated means forming part of a filing system. It may include name, email, phone; dates, rooms, guest counts and children’s ages, additional guests and requests; authentication records and, if Google sign-in is chosen, Google account identifier, name and email; offer/acceptance versions, payment plan, transfer amount, date and optional bank reference; IP, request time and security logs. Web requests do not require identity/passport documents, full card details or health data. Do not enter these in free text.

Data directly necessary to answer requests, prepare offers, manage reservations and accounts, communicate about service and match transfer notices is processed to establish or perform a contract under KVKK Article 5/2-c. Legally required accounting, invoices and records rely on express legal provisions or legal obligations under Article 5/2-a and ç; dispute and acceptance records rely on establishment, exercise or protection of rights under 5/2-e. Necessary security and abuse-prevention logs rely on legitimate interests under 5/2-f without harming fundamental rights. Optional analytics requires a separate choice. These forms do not collect marketing permission; account and reservation data is not automatically made into a marketing list.

Authorised Hotel staff access data according to their duties. As necessary, hosting/IT and email providers support service operation; banks and accounting providers support payments/invoicing; legal advisers protect rights; authorised public bodies and courts receive data for legal duties. Web reservation notifications use Google Workspace; Google sign-in and WhatsApp involve their providers when used. Embedded Google Maps can transmit connection and technical data to the provider. These services may involve processing or access abroad. International transfers require an applicable adequacy or appropriate-safeguard mechanism under KVKK Article 9. This notice and a WhatsApp preference are not substitute consent or safeguards. Email and phone reservation assistance remain available.

Account and request data is retained as needed for its purpose; contract, payment and acceptance records are limited by relevant legal retention and claims periods. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when periods end or legal processing conditions cease, subject to legal obligations. Access is limited by role and sessions/private links expire. The seven-day offer/tracking link validity is not a deletion period for records. Avoid unnecessary or sensitive information.

You may learn whether data is processed; obtain information if it is; learn purposes and whether use matches them; know domestic/overseas recipients; request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data; request deletion/destruction where conditions are met and notification of correction/deletion/destruction to recipients; object to adverse outcomes based exclusively on automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Closing an account does not immediately erase records subject to legal retention.

Other legally permitted methods remain available. Requests are resolved promptly and within thirty days at the latest, generally without charge, subject to additional costs permitted by law.
